Detailing Operations Associate
Secret Touch Auto Spa – Shrewsbury, MA
Secret Touch Auto Spa is looking for a motivated and dependable Detailing Operations Associate to join our team. This is a part-time position (up to 32 hours per week) with opportunities to grow as the business expands.
We are looking for someone who is hardworking, efficient, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced shop environment.
Responsibilities
- Interior and exterior vehicle detailing
- Vacuuming, shampooing, and interior wipe-downs
- Hand washing and drying vehicles
- Assisting with polishing and paint enhancement services
- Preparing vehicles for customer delivery
- Working on mobile/on-site detailing jobs when needed
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the shop
Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to start as early as 8:00 AM
- Comfortable with physical work and standing for extended periods
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
- Previous detailing experience is preferred, but willingness to learn is important
- Ability to work efficiently and follow instructions
Schedule
- Part-time
- Up to 32 hours per week
- Flexible scheduling based on availability and workload
Interview Process
Our interview process is a little different from a traditional interview. Selected candidates will participate in a hands-on working interview so we can see your efficiency, work ethic, and general detailing knowledge in a real shop environment.
