Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive PT evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for residents in a skilled nursing setting.
- Implement and adjust therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.
- Provide gait training, therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modality use as appropriate.
- Monitor and document patient progress, outcomes, and any changes in status; communicate findings to the interdisciplinary team.
- Ensure patient and staff safety, proper body mechanics, and adherence to professional and regulatory standards.

Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist license in the United States or eligibility for licensure in Massachusetts.
- Current CPR/BLS certification or equivalent.
- Experience in geriatric or skilled nursing settings preferred.
- Strong documentation and communication skills; ability to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week and to cover a 5x8 day shift as scheduled.
- Eligible to participate in travel assignments and comply with scope of practice requirements.
