A successful Electrician at our company is a skilled troubleshooter who swiftly diagnoses and resolves electrical issues in residential settings, ensuring safety and code compliance. Your expertise leaves each home safer, brighter, and more energy efficient, fostering lasting relationships with satisfied customers.

Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Handle general electrical in-home service calls with expertise.

• Cultivate trust with customers, guiding them in product and service selection.

• Inform customers about the best finance options and maintenance plans.

• Always aim to exceed revenue goals and maintain professional standards.

• Collaborate with customer service and dispatch for business efficiency.

• Ensure a tidy workspace and a well-stocked truck.

• Engage in training sessions, meetings, and other professional development activities.

• Mentor apprentices for high-quality service delivery.

Requirements:

• 4+ years in commercial electrical work.

• MA Journeyman or Masters License required.

• Proficiency in electrical techniques, hardware knowledge, and wiring diagrams.

• Commitment to yearly training and skill enhancement.

• A clean driving record, ability to pass background checks and drug tests.

• Strong communication skills, high integrity, and a collaborative spirit.

The compensation for this position is expected to range between $30.00 - $50.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed.
