**What You'll Do:**
+ Monitor and manage incoming calls, radio traffic, and electronic communications to coordinate security-related operations at the location.
+ Dispatch security personnel to incidents and/or requests for assistance as needed, following site-specific protocols for financial institutions.
+ Maintain accurate logs and records of all dispatch activities, incidents, and communications in accordance with company and client policies.
+ Assist with access control by verifying credentials and authorizing entry or exit for employees, visitors, and contractors.
+ Provide customer service by responding to inquiries and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
+ Support emergency response activities by relaying information to appropriate personnel and coordinating with emergency responders as directed.
+ Help to deter unauthorized activity by maintaining a visible and attentive presence through monitoring surveillance systems and communication channels.
+ Collaborate with on-site security personnel and management to report and resolve incidents, escalating issues as appropriate.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ At least 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or a college degree is required.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
