Pay: $23.00/hour
Schedule Options:
- Wednesday–Sunday or Saturday–Wednesday
- 5 days per week (flexible), weekend availability preferred
BG Staffing is seeking a friendly, motivated Apartment Leasing Consultant to join a busy residential community in Milford, MA. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist prospective residents with tours and leasing inquiries
- Manage leasing applications and follow up with prospects
- Provide excellent customer service to current residents
- Respond to phone and email inquiries in a timely manner
- Assist with marketing efforts and maintaining leasing traffic
- Support day-to-day office operations as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous leasing or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work a flexible 5-day schedule
- Weekend availability (Saturday or Sunday) preferred, but not required
- Basic computer and organizational skills
