About the Role

Fagone Plumbing, Heating & HVAC is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to focus exclusively on maintenance and repair of residential systems, NO INSTALLATIONS . You’ll receive hands-on training, support from experienced technicians, and a growth path within our dedicated service division.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and system check-ups under the Fagone Service Plan
• Conduct diagnostics, filter changes, and performance inspections
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers.

• Participate in ongoing training and mentorship

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of HVAC or related experience preferred
• Valid MA driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong work ethic and customer service skills. S

• EPA Certification (REQUIRED)
• Sheet metal Certification (Preferred)
• Willing to participate in on-call rotation once trained
