Pay: $20.00 per 30 min. class

YogiDance is an engaging children’s yoga program dedicated to promoting healthy living and supporting developmental milestones through fun, active classes.

Classes are always held on weekday mornings from June through August. Apply for more specific details of locations, dates and times. We are seeking a Kids Yoga Instructor who is reliable and is passionate, and energetic to lead engaging yoga classes tailored specifically for children 18 months to 10 years old.

Duties

* Drive to various locations to lead dynamic yoga classes for children in South Easton and surrounds areas. Travel pay may be added depending on distance.

* Design age-appropriate class plans that include elements of our program that we will provide

* Foster an inclusive environment that motivates children to participate actively and confidently

* Arrive before the start time and ensure that each class receives full allotted time

Experience

* Prior experience in teaching kids’ yoga or working with children is highly desirable

* Knowledge of yoga practices suitable for children along with a background in yoga

* Classroom management skills

Teaching kids yoga is very different from adults. As part of your application we require a roughly 5 minute audition video. You can submit a video if you already have one, or you can pretend to teach a class of kids for ages 3-5.

We require two professional references which can be emails or phone numbers.

Once we receive your application, if selected, we will schedule a roughly 15 minute video interview with you.

If we hire you, you will receive a handbook with detailed information about working for our company, a playlist of music to use in classes, and other resources emailed to review before your first class.

You will need a speaker to play music from your phone and a music service.

We pay every Friday by Venmo or Zelle.
