Loyalty and Consumer Data Strategist
We’re seeking an analytically driven, strategically minded Senior Manager of Consumer Insights & Loyalty to lead the development of customer data tools and loyalty strategy across our two-brand omnichannel retail business. This role is critical in transforming customer data into actionable insights and measurable loyalty initiatives that improve customer retention, lifetime value, and engagement across digital and in-store experiences. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of customer behavior, retail data systems, and loyalty mechanics—and can balance the technical skills required to build dashboards and tools with the strategic thinking needed to influence cross-functional teams and leadership.
This role reports directly into Executive Vice President of Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Insights & Analytics
- Build, manage, and maintain customer insights dashboards and reporting tools to track key metrics, behaviors, and lifecycle stages for all channels (digital, social and physical).
- Develop customer segmentation models to inform personalized, digital, retail channels and product to identify opportunities for personalization, reactivation, and increased engagement.
- Translate customer data into actionable recommendations for marketing, ecommerce, retail, and product teams.
- Collaborate with analytics and data engineering teams to ensure clean data capture, integration, and visualization.
- Present insights and opportunities to cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership in a clear, compelling way.
Loyalty Strategy & Execution
- Lead the evaluation and selection of a loyalty program partner/platform that supports both brands and channels.
- Develop the loyalty program strategy, structure, and value proposition in alignment with brand goals.
- Define KPIs and build reporting to measure loyalty performance (enrollment, acquisition, engagement, retention, ROI).
- Partner with Digital, Marketing, IT, an Store Operation teams to develop a phased rollout plan, training, and communication tools.
- Monitor competitive landscape and emerging trends to ensure program differentiation and relevance
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Analytics, Business, Data Science, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing analytics, customer insights, or a related data-focused role—preferably in a retail, e-commerce, or consumer-driven environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to transform data into actionable insights that support marketing strategy and customer engagement.
- Proficiency in data tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4); experience with CRM or CDP platforms is a plus.
- Experience working with Digital Experience Platforms (DXPs) such as Bloomreach is a plus.
- Understanding of omni-channel customer behavior and marketing performance metrics, including campaign analysis, attribution, and segmentation.
- Comfortable working with large datasets and using data to support testing, optimization, and forecasting.
- Clear communicator with the ability to present complex ideas in simple terms to cross-functional partners.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Self-starter with curiosity and drive to improve processes, explore new tools, and learn from results.
- Ability to work 4 days a week at the corporate office in Acton, MA.
- Professional presentation in attire, demeanor, and appearance
