We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Field Assistant to oversee and manage daily construction activities on-site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of workers, coordinating tasks, ensuring safety compliance, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Compensation:$30 - $40 hourly
Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities, ensuring work is performed efficiently and meets quality standards.
- Assign tasks to crew members and provide guidance and training as needed.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure proper execution of projects.
- Ensure all safety regulations and procedures are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets industry standards and project requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor and manage materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring proper usage and maintenance.
- Resolve on-site issues and troubleshoot any delays or obstacles.
- Maintain daily progress reports and communicate updates to management.
- Ensure adherence to local building codes, permits, and regulations.
- Proven experience as a Construction Field Assistant or in a supervisory role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and safety regulations.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in using construction tools, machinery, and equipment.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
