Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Fleet & Equipment Support Specialist to assist our shop team during the afternoon shift. This part-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in keeping workspaces clean, safe, and organized.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform light-duty fleet repairs and inspections
• Clean and fuel trucks as they return from service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop
• Assist with general yard maintenance, including snow work in the winter
• Support minor facility repairs as needed
• Properly store and maintain tools and equipment
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and active DOT medical card
• No prior experience required; strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to walk, stand, crouch, and use hands frequently throughout the shift
