As a recruiting partner of Ajinomoto Cambrooke , we are looking for you as a Site Supervisor – Bakery (a) at the location in Brockton, Massachusetts .

As a Site Supervisor you will oversee daily operations at Ajinomoto Cambrooke’s Brockton production facility, leading a small team of 7–10 operators. This site is closely integrated with ACI’s headquarters in Ayer, MA, where most of the planning, supply chain management, and strategic decisions are coordinated. At the Brockton facility, the focus is on execution, optimization, and ensuring production excellence across bakery and powdered food products.

You will be responsible for production scheduling, supervising staff, maintaining compliance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives in line with company goals. We are looking for someone early to mid-career that has a high level of energy, drive, and motivation to be an agile, hands-on leader, coach, and problem solver.

You can expect a salary range of $78,000–$99,000 plus a 12.5% bonus.

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 7–10 production operators, ensuring performance, safety, and engagement in the daily meetings
• Oversee day-to-day production, ensuring orders received from headquarters are executed accurately and on schedule
• Drive compliance with safety, quality, HACCP, and GMP standards
• Manage resources effectively, including inventory tracking, ingredient handling, and equipment oversight
• Implement Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and cost efficiency
• Use Excel and Fishbowl Inventory Software daily for production planning, data entry, lot tracking, and reporting
• Serve as the communication link between the Brockton site and headquarters in Ayer
• Ensure accurate employee timekeeping, scheduling, and PTO planning
• Oversee processes including batching, processing, packaging, and sanitation

• Several years of supervisory experience in plant operations within a food or beverage manufacturing environment
• Strong people leadership skills and proven ability to manage small teams
• Exposure to implementing continuous improvement, employee involvement techniques, change management
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001, HACCP, Food Safety, OSHA protocols
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis) and experience with ERP or warehouse systems (Fishbowl preferred)
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of inventory control, lot tracking, and process control

• English: C1 – Advanced

• College or technical degree preferred
• Bakery experience is a plus
