We are looking for an experienced and talented Senior Product Owner to join our team. You will be responsible for leading product strategy and execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs.

• This is a hybrid position which requires working in the Waltham, MA office at least one day per week.
  
  

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Defines and drives product strategy in collaboration with business leaders
• Manages multiple product backlogs and aligns priorities across cross-functional teams
• Mentors junior Product Owners and contributes to the evolution of product management practices
• Uses data analytics and user feedback to refine and improve product performance
  
  

Project Scope & Complexity

• Oversees multiple products or large-scale features, influencing cross-team collaboration and business impact
  
  

Communication & Impact

• Works with senior stakeholders and executive leadership to shape product vision and strategy
  
  

Leadership & Growth

• Leads cross-functional teams and mentors junior Product owners to enhance product delivery practices
  
  

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor or Masters in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA preferred
  
  

Years & Type of Experience

• 6-8 years
• Experience with Enterprise Application Integration
• Familiarity with the general principles of order-to-cash, ERP, and consumer facing cloud computing

The base salary and target annual incentive for this role located in Massachusetts is between $160,000 - $175,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
