We are looking for passionate and energetic Estheticians (Skin Care Trainers) to join us on our journey and grow their career at our Boston-South End location! We can offer career advancement opportunities for individuals who are eager to learn and challenge themselves daily to exceed expectations.

Compensation of $60,000- $125,000 a year – FULL- Time (including commission on product sales and tips)

Job Summary (WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR):
‘Skin Care Trainer' is skoah skin klinik-speak for an Esthetician. Our Skin Care Trainers provide our customers with high-performance skincare products and attentive skin care workouts, generating lasting results and building long-term customer relationships. From recent esthetics graduates with little or no experience to experienced estheticians, we provide the extensive product knowledge, facial protocol and customer interaction training you need to succeed. We are looking for amazing people to join us on our journey and grow their career at our brand new Skoah Klinik Boston-South End location!

QUALIFICATIONS:

Licensed to practice esthetics in the state of Massachusetts is a MUST

Experienced estheticians and new graduates

Certification in Microneedling & RF Microneedling preferred

2 years of experience in Skin Care/Aesthetics or customer service preferred

Aesthetic Registered Nurses are welcome to apply

Obsessive about hands-on facial practice

Intuitive, emphatic and are passionate about taking great personal care of people

Considers the facial a part of a person's wellness routine and not just an occasional indulgence

Can utilize great body mechanics in order to provide services that are both beneficial to the guests while being healthy for the esthetician

Effectively communicates with customers regarding their skin care regime and the efficacy of Skoah Skin Klinik products — ability to recommend and sell products to customers

Takes responsibility for the care and satisfaction of the customer during their treatment and always maintains confidentiality

Performs according to shop objectives and requests; actively builds clientele, and customer retention

Attentive, able to listen and read customers to ensure Skoah Skin Klinik standards are always met

Team players who love to make others feel amazing and strive to create a fun atmosphere with a supportive group of fellow krew members

Able to work weekends
