Job Overview
Client is looking for an ETL Developer with Business Liaison experience to join a project based in Boston, MA. This role requires an individual who can work across Business and IT teams, lead data integration initiatives, and support application lifecycle activities from design through post-production support.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with business and IT teams as the primary liaison
Create application design documents, architecture artifacts, prototypes, and POCs
Develop clean, scalable ETL code and support peer reviews
Lead testing and validation efforts across multiple testing stages
Support go-live activities and own assigned deployment tasks
Conduct root cause analysis and implement fixes post-deployment
Prepare technical documentation and assist with KT/transition
Perform impact assessments and manage production support issues based on SLAs
Lead data integration initiatives and provide team mentorship
Communicate system updates and changes to users to reduce downtime
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree OR 3+ years of relevant experience
3+ years of experience with Informatica IICS ETL
3+ years of experience with Snowflake
Strong SQL and Unix shell scripting skills
Experience implementing data warehouse and data mart solutions
Experience with additional ETL tools including:
SSIS, ODI, CDATA (or similar)
