Set Up Operator

We are currently seeking experienced set up operators to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in machine operating, setting up machinery, troubleshooting, and performing preventative maintenance. A robust training program will be provided. Responsibilities:

• Machine and perform final inspection on products.
• Make adjustments on machinery to adjust heights, speeds, and feeds.
• Work from drawings and blueprints.
• Obtain raw materials before performing job duties.
• Organize products into correct areas.

Essential Skills:

• Machine operating or higher-level assembly experience.
• Experience in troubleshooting or preventative maintenance on machinery.
• Ability to lift 45 pounds.
• Proficiency in working from blueprints or drawings.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in a fabrication shop or automotive industry (beyond oil changes) is advantageous.
• Candidates from Lennox and similar companies have been successful in this role.

Work Environment:

The work environment is a large, well-lit, climate-controlled manufacturing floor where steel-toed shoes are required. Overtime opportunities are available but not mandatory.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Holyoke, MA.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $24.29 - $25.79/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
