We’re looking for Behavior Technicians to deliver home-based ABA therapy to young children (ages 16 months to 6 years) diagnosed with autism in Hingham, MA and surrounding areas . As a Behavior Technician, you'll be a key part of a child’s progress — helping them develop their own voice, self expression, communication with their parents and siblings, and build confidence and independence. You’ll witness firsthand the effectiveness of ABA therapy and the real, measurable improvements in their and their parents' lives.

You'll work side-by-side with a highly trained, supportive team of BCBA/LABAs , and gain skills that can take you far in the behavioral health field.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide personalized, home-based ABA therapy to young children with autism

• Implement treatment plans developed by expert BCBA/LABAs

• Collect behavior data and report on progress

• Communicate with parents and support meaningful change

• Grow professionally within a team that’s highly motivated and collaborative.

Location: Hingham, MA + surrounding areas
⏰ Schedule: Full-time & Part-time available
Pay: $30–$35 per hour (based on experience)
