Salary:
FUCHS offers competitive pay commensurate with experience in a similar position. The range for this position is $19 - $21 per hour, but actual compensation will vary depending upon a new hire’s experience and qualifications as well as internal equity.

Your Responsibilities:

• Preparation of customer orders for shipment
• Read and comprehend manufacturing orders and customer instructions/specifications to determine the required equipment, product, and components needed to process orders for shipment to customers
• Filling, labeling, and packaging of products per packaging specifications in accordance with defined quality standards
• Maintain communication with coworkers and the relevant departmental managers
• Assist/supports team members and readily shares information
• Conduct yourself in accordance with company core values
• Attend all required company training sessions

Qualifications we are looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic reading, writing and computer skills required
• Analytical & Mathematic skills
• Some heavy lifting (up to 75-lbs.) may be required or up to employees’ physical limitations
• Eight hours of walking/standing/sitting
• Pushing/Pulling/Moving of raw material containers and production equipment
