Ayer Valley Rehab & Nursing is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts.
Pay: $45.00 - $50.00/hour
Responsibilities include:
- Providing nursing care and support to residents
- Coordinating with the healthcare team
- Maintaining accurate documentation
- Supporting the comfort and wellbeing of elders
Qualifications:
- Active Massachusetts RN license required
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Compassionate and dependable

Additional Pay Information:
The posted range reflects total potential earnings, including shift-based pay enhancements. Base pay is determined by experience, with opportunities to earn higher rates based on shift, schedule, and benefit selections.
