ICU Registered Nurse (RN) - Travel Position

Location: Burlington, MA

Job Type: Travel Contract

Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: 3x12s Nights, Flexible

Pay: $2844/week

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced ICU RN to join our team. The RN will provide specialized care to critically ill patients, ensuring safe monitoring, timely interventions, and collaboration with the healthcare team to deliver the highest quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care to critically ill or unstable patients in the ICU.

• Monitor vital signs, ventilators, cardiac rhythms, and invasive lines.

• Administer IV medications, drips, and emergency interventions as ordered.

• Respond rapidly to life-threatening situations with critical thinking and clinical expertise.

• Accurately document assessments and care using EPIC.

• Float as needed between ICU and PCU.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in MA

• BLS and ACLS certifications

• EPIC experience

• Trauma Level I facility experience strongly preferred (Trauma Level II considered)

• 2–5 years of recent ICU nursing experience required
