Content Strategist
Kforce has a client in need of a Content Strategist in Boston, MA. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute content strategies that enhance digital customer experiences across web and online platforms
- Create and maintain content plans, frameworks, and governance practices to support business objectives
- Partner with design, research, marketing, and business teams to deliver engaging and effective content solutions
- Use data, analytics, and user feedback to optimize content performance and inform future strategies
- Support content organization, discoverability, and search performance across digital properties
- Conduct market and industry research to identify content opportunities and best practices
- Present recommendations and strategic insights to stakeholders and leadership teams
- Promote content standards and drive continuous improvement across digital initiatives
- Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience in content strategy, digital content, marketing, or a related field
- Experience developing content strategies for websites, digital products, or customer-facing platforms
- Strong understanding of content planning, information architecture, and content governance principles
- Experience with content management systems, analytics tools, and performance measurement
- Ability to translate business goals, user needs, and data insights into effective content solutions
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead complex initiatives and influence decisions across multiple teams
- Experience with search optimization and digital marketing best practices preferred
