Job Title: Casting Line Operator
Location: Dracut, MA
Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
- Drug screen and background check required
Schedule:
- Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Must be available for Fridays and extended hours as needed based on production.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable Casting Line Operator to monitor production equipment, perform machine adjustments, and complete changeovers to keep the casting line running efficiently and safely.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bilingual
- Basic math skills
- Ability to read and understand English
- Flexibility to work additional hours when needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and follow work orders and production instructions
- Set up and adjust machines according to procedures
- Load and change rolls for production
- Monitor equipment and make necessary adjustments
- Operate hoists and pallet jacks safely
- Lift materials up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
