KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Guest Experience Extraordinaire: Deliver standout service from check-in to check-out, making sure every guest feels welcomed, heard, and cared for throughout their stay.
- Front Desk Leader: Motivate, coach, and guide your team to shine. You’ll keep standards high, procedures smooth, and morale even higher.
- Smooth Operator: Spot issues before they happen and solve problems like a pro. You keep things running seamlessly and guests smiling.
- Revenue & Communication Ace: Maximize room revenue with smart rate strategies, and keep communication clear and effective—whether you're chatting with guests or coordinating with your team.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- 2 year college degree with 3 or more years of related experience, or a 4-year college degree with at least 1 year of related experience.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field with supervisory experience
- Proficient in Windows operating systems, spreadsheets, and word processing.
- Effective in handling stressful, high-pressure situations while maintaining composure and objectivity.
- Valid driver's license from the applicable state.

The Dagny Boston is a new independent hotel in downtown Boston at 89 Broad Street. Designed as Boston’s first Art Deco “skyscraper,” The Dagny Boston occupies the former Batterymarch Building, fresh from a $39 million renovation across 403 guest rooms and 7,000 square ft of flexible meeting and event space. The hotel features two onsite restaurants, Fin Point Oyster Bar & Grill and Tradesman Coffee Shop & Lounge, as well as a state-of-the-art fitness center featuring Technogym and Peloton equipment. Perfectly situated in the heart of downtown Boston in the Financial District, The Dagny Boston is within a 5 minute walk from Boston's waterfront, Rose Kennedy Greenway and Faneuil Hall Marketplace.
