Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced ED RN for a night shift travel contract requiring 4+ years of RN experience, Level 1 trauma experience, and an active MA RN license.

Details

• Emergency Department (ED) setting at a major academic hospital in Boston, MA
• Night shift hours: 19:00–07:00 (7p–7a)
• 36 or 48 hours per week available
• 13-week contract
• Every other weekend required
• Holiday coverage required
• Epic EMR used for charting

Requirements

• Active MA RN license required — no pending or conditional licenses accepted
• BLS certification required (AHA only — Red Cross not accepted at this location)
• Minimum 4 years of RN experience required
• Minimum 1 year of travel nursing experience required
• Minimum 1 year of Level 1 trauma experience required
• 2 professional references required for consideration
• Flu vaccine required; no religious or medical exemptions accepted

Additional Information

• Provide acute emergency nursing care in a high-volume, Level 1 trauma environment
• Epic charting system used; familiarity strongly recommended
• Time and attendance tracked via UKG/Kronos
• No validated parking available at this Boston location; public parking is available nearby at candidate's expense, and public transportation is encouraged
• Local candidates (permanent residence within 60 miles of the facility) are eligible but will receive a reduced pay rate
• RTO requests must be submitted at the time of consideration — requests submitted after will not be accommodated
