Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced ED RN for a night shift travel contract requiring 4+ years of RN experience, Level 1 trauma experience, and an active MA RN license.
Details
- Emergency Department (ED) setting at a major academic hospital in Boston, MA
- Night shift hours: 19:00–07:00 (7p–7a)
- 36 or 48 hours per week available
- 13-week contract
- Every other weekend required
- Holiday coverage required
- Epic EMR used for charting
Requirements
- Active MA RN license required — no pending or conditional licenses accepted
- BLS certification required (AHA only — Red Cross not accepted at this location)
- Minimum 4 years of RN experience required
- Minimum 1 year of travel nursing experience required
- Minimum 1 year of Level 1 trauma experience required
- 2 professional references required for consideration
- Flu vaccine required; no religious or medical exemptions accepted
Additional Information
- Provide acute emergency nursing care in a high-volume, Level 1 trauma environment
- Epic charting system used; familiarity strongly recommended
- Time and attendance tracked via UKG/Kronos
- No validated parking available at this Boston location; public parking is available nearby at candidate's expense, and public transportation is encouraged
- Local candidates (permanent residence within 60 miles of the facility) are eligible but will receive a reduced pay rate
- RTO requests must be submitted at the time of consideration — requests submitted after will not be accommodated
