Senior Business Analyst

Kforce has a client in need of a Senior Business Analyst. Responsibilities:

• Maintain alignment with stakeholder needs and overall program vision
• Own and manage program objectives and business requirements through delivery
• Create clear, high-quality documentation within defined timelines
• Collaborate in JRM/JAD sessions with SMEs, developers, testers, and BAs to analyze processes, workflows, and systems
• Elicit, document, and manage business requirements and user stories with SMEs
• Develop and review BRDs, RTMs, requirement mappings, and test cases to ensure full test coverage
• Review test summary reports and support stakeholders through releases and implementations
• Coordinate with stakeholders to track deliverables, reviews, approvals, and enhancement schedules
• Support the program director with resource capacity tracking, task assignments, and utilization
• Manage requirements, change, and defect tools; track status throughout the project lifecycle
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend enhancements
• Act as a program SME, contributing to and reviewing cross-team documentation
• Bachelor's degree required
• 4-5 years of IT application experience as a Business Analyst
• Minimum 2 years supporting eligibility management within a benefits management program
• Strong understanding of complex information workflows and content management solutions for publishing sensitive information
• Proven ability to analyze, synthesize, and document business requirements
• Demonstrated ability to understand, negotiate, and balance multiple stakeholder needs
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; experience supporting both technical and non-technical teams
• Strong relationship-building skills with experience coordinating and fulfilling internal and external change requests
• Expertise in information systems, business operations, requirements analysis, and solution integration/design
• Detail-oriented, process-driven, and adaptable, with sound judgment and strong follow-through in a dynamic environment
• Self-motivated and results-driven, able to perform under tight deadlines and pressure
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills; Working knowledge of Teams, SharePoint, JIRA, and CI/CD frameworks
• Working knowledge of Agile SDLC methodologies
