We’re hiring Master Ford and Master CDJR Technicians — and we’re offering top pay and a sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 for the right candidates!

• Pay range: $125,000 – $175,000 per year , paid weekly

• Flexible schedule options:

  • 3x12-hour shifts

  • 4x10-hour shifts

Sterling Ford & CDJR is seeking experienced Master Technicians to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and complex diagnostics

• Accurately repair a wide range of automotive issues

• Use diagnostic equipment and manufacturer systems effectively

• Work efficiently and contribute to team success

• Current ASE certifications

• Master-level experience in Ford or CDJR systems

• High attention to detail and pride in workmanship

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced service environment
