Account Manager
City Wide Facility Solutions Boston specializes in managed facility services for commercial properties across Central and Eastern Massachusetts. We connect our clients with qualified vendors and serve as a single point of contact for all service management needs. Our Account Managers act as true partners to our clients to drive retention and foster long-term growth.
As an Account Manager , you’ll take ownership of client relationships, work alongside a supportive team, and contribute to a company dedicated to excellence in customer service. This is primarily a field-based role (within a designated territory) as you will be visiting client sites every day to ensure client satisfaction. What you’ll do:- Serve as the key point of contact for clients in your designated territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Conduct weekly site visits with clients
- Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Track client communication, issues, and opportunities in CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
- Minimum 3 years of field-based experience
- Proven B2B sales background
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize competing demands
- Experience delivering customer-focused solutions
- Self-driven and thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
