Scientific Content Specialist

Location: Waltham, MA | Type: Full-Time

We're looking for a PhD-level scientist with strong writing and marketing skills to create engaging scientific content and support conference planning.

• Develop and edit content: emails, brochures, blogs, case studies, infographics, and video scripts.
• Manage content calendar and execute email campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts to identify topics.
• Oversee content projects from concept to delivery.
• Update website content and suggest improvements.
• Assist with event registration, coordination, and scientific congress presentations.

• PhD in molecular biology, immunology, oncology, or related field.
• Knowledge of preclinical pharmacology, gene targeting, animal models, and antibody discovery.
• 2-3 years of content creation/marketing experience (B2B preferred).
• Excellent writing, research, and communication skills.
• Strong project management and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a small team.
