Accounts Payable Specialist

Responsibilities :
- Managing Vendor Invoices - Analyze incoming invoices from Vendors across multiple locations, matching them to Purchase Orders when necessary and cost coding accordingly. This includes investigating discrepancies and resolving them.
- Vendor Credentialing - Manage new vendor credentials such as W9, Insurance Information and any tax forms as needed
- Employee Reimbursements - Review, Process and Manage all employee reimbursements requests on a weekly basis
- Vendor Accounts - Provide a high-level of customer service to our vendors providing them updated on payment status and timing
- Vendor Reconciliation -Reconcile vendor accounts on a monthly basis to ensure proper accounting and account balances
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration required
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Proficiency with Google Suite and Quickbooks
- Extreme attention to detail, pro-active and self-motivated
- Previous construction industry experience, a plus
Compensation: This position is salary ranging from $60,000 to $65,000.
Schedule : This position is a hybrid schedule offered of 3 days in office, 2 days remote. Working hours are 8:30AM - 5:00PM.
