Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Sunbelt Staffing is currently interviewing for a full-time Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join a supportive school district near Monson, MA for the 20252026 academic year . This is an onsite position serving a K12 student population in a collaborative, student-centered environment.

• Job Title: School-Based Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA)
• Location: Monson, MA area
• Job Type: Full-Time, Contract
• Schedule: School calendar
• Setting: Onsite, K12 caseload

• Provide speech-language therapy services to K12 students
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports

• Active Massachusetts SLPA license and school credentials
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• AAC device experience is preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
