Associate Sports Scheduler

TeamsCompete provides youth sport leagues with scheduling and other season support services. Our mission is to reduce the time burdens on leagues through a combination of internal technology and outstanding service. TeamsCompete supplies schedules to Football, Lacrosse, Soccer and Hockey leagues across North America.

TeamsCompete is growing and searching for someone to assist with the 2025 spring season. The position will run from July through Mid-November. The following are some of the tasks for the role. The position is based in Acton, MA.

Position Tasks:

• Data entry of league information into the TeamsCompete Scheduling System
• Proofing of data loaded into the TeamsCompete Scheduling System
• Communicating with clients through the phone and email.
• Maintaining Client Scheduling Project Time-Lines
• Creating season scheduling reports
• Assisting with Scheduling as directed
• Assisting Clients with in-season scheduling changes
• Assisting with marketing and social media efforts
• Other Tasks as directed by TeamsCompete

Skills Need:

• Ability to work ~15 per week
• Good phone presence and client relationship skills
• Strong writing skills
• Organized and Detail Oriented
• Ability to analyze data
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, & Powerpoint to a lesser extent)

Nice To Haves:

• Social Media Marketing Experience
• Familiarity with Sports Management Software (GotSoccer, SportsEngine, Stack Sports, TeamSnap,)
• Involvement with youth sport at local town or league level.
• Personal sport experience at high school or college level

Hourly pay based on experience

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 20 per week
