Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical therapy needs and develop personalized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve mobility, strength, and function
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments to achieve optimal outcomes
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and the care team to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercise programs
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of evaluations, treatments, and progress

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Massachusetts
• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program (DPT preferred)
• Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• New graduates are welcome to apply!

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of physical therapy techniques and evidence-based practices
• Understanding of geriatric rehabilitation and functional mobility
• Excellent documentation and organizational skills
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
