Full-Time Associate Dentist
We are seeking a Full-Time Associate Dentist to join a well-established, patient-centered dental practice located in Greenfield, Massachusetts. This is a thriving, long-standing practice with deep roots in the local community and a strong reputation for quality care.

About the Practice
Serving the community for over 50 years
Practice mix: approximately 35% fee-for-service / 65% insurance
Active patient base of 5,500–6,000
Average of 35 new patients per month
Advanced technology including digital X-rays, intraoral scanning, and in-house milling
Expanded services offered on-site, including clear aligner therapy and sleep-related dental solutions
6 doctor operatories and 5 hygiene operatories

Qualifications and Skills
4–5 years of clinical experience required (GPR or AEGD graduates will be considered)
Current Massachusetts dental license in good standing
Strong proficiency in all aspects of general dentistry, with an emphasis on comprehensive and preventive care
GPR or AEGD preferred
Commitment to continued learning and professional growth
