About the Position

Full-Time Associate Dentist

We are seeking a Full-Time Associate Dentist to join a well-established, patient-centered dental practice located in Greenfield, Massachusetts. This is a thriving, long-standing practice with deep roots in the local community and a strong reputation for quality care.

The ideal candidate is an experienced clinician who places patient care first and is motivated to contribute to continued practice growth. You should bring a compassionate and confident chairside manner, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. About the Practice

  • Serving the community for over 50 years

  • Practice mix: approximately 35% fee-for-service / 65% insurance

  • Active patient base of 5,500–6,000

  • Average of 35 new patients per month

  • Advanced technology including digital X-rays, intraoral scanning, and in-house milling

  • Expanded services offered on-site, including clear aligner therapy and sleep-related dental solutions

  • 6 doctor operatories and 5 hygiene operatories

Qualifications and Skills

  • 4–5 years of clinical experience required (GPR or AEGD graduates will be considered)

  • Current Massachusetts dental license in good standing

  • Strong proficiency in all aspects of general dentistry, with an emphasis on comprehensive and preventive care

  • GPR or AEGD preferred

  • Commitment to continued learning and professional growth
