Lexus of Northborough is seeking a dynamic, motivated Sales Manager who brings energy, professionalism, and a fresh perspective to automotive retail.
We are looking for a leader who understands the fundamentals of the business but is not defined by “the way things have always been done.” The ideal candidate is confident enough to lead, humble enough to remain open to new ideas, and passionate about developing people and finding better ways to connect with today’s customers.

- Proven success in automotive sales and/or sales management
- A polished, professional leadership presence appropriate for a luxury automotive environment
- The ability to motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team

- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
