Compensation & Benefits

Pickleball Instructors receive a competitive hourly wage for running clinics, and earn a 40/60 split commission in addition to hourly pay for all private and paid instruction sessions. The company provides liability insurance coverage and full access to equipment, including ball machines, AI training tools, and coaching materials, so you can focus on delivering an outstanding experience.

In addition, team members enjoy:

• Free Picklr Membership: Available to instructors who remain on payroll for at least 10 hours per week and maintain active monthly availability.

• 50% Certification Reimbursement (up to $250/year): Applies to one certification per year. Reimbursed amount must be repaid if employment ends before 6 months.

• P4 Coaching Certification Covered: Available to instructors qualified to coach 4.0+ players.

• 40% Commission on Paid Instruction: Earn additional income through private lessons and specialized coaching sessions, on top of your hourly rate.

What You'll Do

As a Pickleball Instructor, you'll lead group clinics and private lessons for players of all skill levels. You'll ensure safety, proper placement, and a positive learning environment for everyone on the court. You'll work closely with members to help them improve their skills, gain confidence, and enjoy the game even more. You'll also help build our community by encouraging referrals, promoting memberships and services, and contributing to the club's overall energy and professionalism.

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking friendly, knowledgeable, and motivated instructors who are passionate about the sport and skilled in delivering a top-tier experience to every player. To thrive in this role, you should have a solid understanding of pickleball, a DUPR score of 3.5 or higher, and ideally a current certification. Strong communication skills, a self-motivated attitude, and the ability to plan and organize effective lessons are essential. You'll also need basic comfort with technology, and a CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain it.
