About the Role

embarking on a transformative ERP journey to replace its legacy QAD system with a modern, scalable solution (SAP or Oracle NetSuite). We are seeking a seasoned ERP Transformation Program Manager with a strong finance background to lead this multi-year, multi-million-dollar initiative. This role will be the finance-side lead for the ERP program and will be responsible for managing inflight and upcoming finance projects (AP/AR, Atoning, etc.) while ensuring successful collaboration with Deloitte and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Finance workstream of the ERP transformation program, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects , including inflight AP/AR initiatives and future-state finance systems.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Finance, IT, and Deloitte, ensuring accountability and transparency.
• Oversee vendor and contract management , ensuring deliverables are met and budgets are maintained.
• Maintain continuity of finance operations ("keep the lights on") while driving transformation.
• Ensure service-oriented architecture principles are followed across finance systems.
• Provide hands-on program management , including detailed planning, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
• Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, including executive leadership and operational teams.
• Hold Deloitte and other vendors accountable for delivery, quality, and scope.

Required Qualifications

• 10 15+ years of experience in program/project management, with a focus on Finance and ERP implementations .
• Proven track record managing large-scale ERP programs (SAP, Oracle NetSuite preferred).
• Strong understanding of finance operations (AP, AR, Atoning); FP&A experience not required.
• Experience managing multi-year, multi-million-dollar programs .
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage external vendors/consultants.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to challenge and guide consulting partners to ensure value delivery.
• Experience working in regulated or life sciences environments is a plus.
