Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A specialized opportunity is available for a licensed Physical Therapist to support elementary students in an ESY (Extended School Year) program. This role is designed for someone passionate about working with young learners, specifically kindergarten through fifth grade, to help them reach their physical therapy goals during the summer months.

Location: Randolph, MA
Setting: Elementary School, serving K-5 students
Duration: ESY program from ASAP through the end of summer
Schedule: 1 day per week, 4 hours per week
Caseload: 11 students

Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapy license in Massachusetts
• Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly in school settings, is preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with educational staff

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct physical therapy services to students within the caseload
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that meet students goals
• Document progress and communicate effectively with educators and families
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive learning environment
