Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY:

At Boston Medical Center Health System (BMCHS), our diverse staff work together toward one shared goal — to provide exceptional and equitable care that improves the health of our patients and communities. The program equips Fellows with the skills and knowledge to pursue certification as a Certified Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA) and transition into healthcare administrative positions at BMCHS. Fellows will complete coursework in medical office operations, Microsoft Office Suite, career readiness, and BMCHS-specific administrative systems and workflows. The final two weeks of the fellowship take place on-site at BMCHS, where participants will engage with hospital teams, learn institutional processes, and prepare to apply to roles in the health system.
