• Respond to dispatched emergency and scheduled plumbing jobs in the Greater Boston area
• Perform repairs, installations, drain cleaning, leak detection, and more
• Provide on-site quotes for work beyond the initial dispatch
• Maintain a professional standard on every job

WHAT YOU WILL EARN

• You set your own labor and parts pricing. You quote the customer directly on-site and collect your full rate for all work performed.
• Plumza handles the initial dispatch fee separately. You keep 100% of everything you charge the customer for labor, repairs, installations, and materials.
• No commission splits. No percentage taken from your earnings. What you charge is what you keep.

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid Massachusetts plumbing license (Journeyman or Master)
• General liability insurance ($1M minimum)
• Own tools and reliable transportation
• Smartphone to receive dispatch notifications
• Ability to respond to emergency jobs within 60 minutes

HOW TO APPLY

Step 2 — Fill out your basic information including your name, contact number, Massachusetts plumbing license number and expiry date, and the cities and areas you cover.

Step 3 — We verify your license through the Massachusetts licensing board within 48 hours.

Step 4 — Once approved, you receive access to your contractor dashboard where you can set your availability, turn job notifications on or off, and start receiving dispatch requests in your area.

Step 5 — When a customer submits a job request, you receive an instant notification with the job details and customer location. Accept the job, show up within 60 minutes, perform the work, and charge the customer directly for your labor and materials.

That is it. No training required. No onboarding fees. No contracts. You can be receiving jobs within 48 hours of applying.
