Barista

CuppaCoffee in Boston, MA is looking for 3 baristas to join our team. Cuppacoffee has been operating in Boston for 10 years. We are considered to be consistently one of the top ten in Boston. We are located on 57 Traveler St Boston (South end) and One Merrimac st Boston (Westend) Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and engaged. Responsibilities

All Cuppacoffee employees must be willing to be trained in our best practices operationally and follow our sales procedures. Part time positions offered that can lead to full time.

• Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs.
• Take order accurately and direct the traffic
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area!
• Follow health and safety guidelines Interact with customers regularly and professionally.
• Perform sales and operation best practices.
• Someone that has strong communication skills and can engage the existing customer base and also grow it.
• Can promote outside the location. Be a brand ambassador.
• Our compensation is proven with hourly rate and tip levels to achieve and average of $22 to $23 an hour. We are looking for experienced part time and fulltime espresso baristas.
• We will train the right applicant that is willing to listen learn and implement.
• Must be someone that is willing to work and maintain a friendly demeanor to the coworkers and customer base.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a barista
• PIC health Certificate a plus
• High integrity with a great attendance record
• knows how to stock and clean store.
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively.
• Sale experience and food service will be highly considered.
• We are looking for someone that want to exceed expectation and income levels.
