Field, Channel, and Alliances Marketing Manager

Infinidat’s Field, Channel, and Alliances Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing logistics, promotional activities and reporting of field marketing events, webinars, channel marketing programs, and marketing for technical alliances and US Federal efforts. This individual is high energy and savvy, you will work closely with the global marketing team, sales, channel sales, and outside vendors to deliver high-quality events, programs and activities that enhance the company’s brand and support demand generation goals for Infinidat and our partners. A hands-on role that reports to the Sr. Manager of Field, Channel, and Alliances Marketing. 5-7 years of proven experience with an enterprise storage systems or enterprise storage software company MANDATORY.

• Build and maintain trusted partnerships and communication with internal sales, channel, and technical alliance teams.
• Partner with our internal sales teams to develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns and programs that maximize qualified lead generation, accelerate conversion to pipeline, and support revenue objectives ensuring alignment with global marketing strategy and business goals.
• Lead the planning, execution and optimization of channel marketing programs that strengthen partner engagement, expand market reach and drive pipeline growth working closely with our internal channel teams and channel partners.
• Collaborate closely with technical alliances leadership on joint marketing activities that drive revenue, increase engagement and generate demand through strategic alliance partnerships.
• Create and maintain channel and alliance marketing content, including partner-facing sales enablement materials, co-branded assets, and campaign collateral to support joint go-to-market activities.
• Measure, analyze and report on marketing event and program success via sales and marketing automation systems, delivering actionable insights and ROI recommendations on a weekly/monthly basis.
• Build and maintain relationships with third-party vendors and venues.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, events and customer-facing engagements to strengthen brand awareness, generation top-of-funnel leads, and support deal progression.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive activity and market opportunities to identify areas of growth.

REQUIREMENTS

• 5-7 years proven high tech B2B field and channel marketing experience in an international environment with experience in Enterprise storage systems or storage software company MANDATORY.
• Fluency in English mandatory and fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese strongly preferred.
• Strong experience in both field and channel marketing at a minimum with experience in technical alliance marketing and Federal marketing strongly desired.
• Strong, proven experience in Marketo, SFDC, 6Sense, Oktopost and other marketing AI automation packages.
• Self-starter and ability to work independently.
• Good project management & problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Travel will be required from time-to-time.

Annual salary range: $125K - $137K
