We are seeking a Senior Accounting Manager for an established CPA firm in Weymouth, MA.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and deliver Assurance engagements end-to-end: financial statement audits, reviews, compilations, and related work.
- Serve as the engagement lead and primary client contract - from planning through issuance.
- Mentor and develop junior staff.
- Move between service lines: pitch in during Tax season.
- Contribute to a firm culture built on quality work, honest relationships, and sustainable growth.
- Active CPA license required.
- 5+ years of public accounting experience.
- Demonstrated ability to run audit and review engagements.
- Nonprofit audit experience is a plus.
- Tax preparation experience is preferred.
