Sales Engineer - South Central US
Sales Engineer - Ideally based in Texas with travel required - Salary in the range of $90,000 to $125,000 per annum (negotiable and depending on experience)

Mpac Group is expanding, and we're looking for driven Sales Engineers to join our industryleading team. This role is essential to helping customers across the food manufacturing, life science, and general industrial sectors adopt innovative, highperformance automation solutions. As a Sales Engineer, you'll blend technical expertise with strong customer engagement, building relationships, identifying opportunities, and guiding clients toward advanced robotic and sanitarydesign systems that set new standards for efficiency and reliability. As part of the Mpac Group, Boston Conveyor and Automation (BCA) has brought together a very experienced team to design and manufacture automation process automation systems for sanitary applications in the food manufacturing and life science industries. BCA has a strong focus on the integration of industrial robotics.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identifying and establishing new business
- Organizing sales visits
- Liaising with existing clients
- Support preparation of proposals and quotations through complete and accurate application data collection
- Providing pre-sales and post-sales support
- Negotiating contracts, terms and conditions
- Reviewing cost and sales performance
- Writing and / or contributing to reports and sales literature
- Providing product education and advice
- Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
- Ensuring that sales targets are met
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in applicable discipline or equivalent experience
- Basic ACAD experience
- Proficient in MS Office products
- Knowledge of industry codes and standards
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Results oriented and innovative
- Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and with deadlines
- Ability to visualize a process or system from concept to development
- Strong planning, organizational and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Ability to undertake significant regional travel
Salary and Benefits:
