OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Brockton, MA by HMD Trucking

Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Work long-haul dry van routes for HMD out of Brockton, MA. This solo OTR role emphasizes safe freight transport, compliant logkeeping, and maintaining high on-time performance across interstate lanes.

What you'll do:

• Operate company dry van tractors on multi-state hauls, following DOT and company safety guidelines.
• Perform and document pre/post-trip inspections; report maintenance needs to in-house teams.
• Communicate with dispatch to manage schedules and customer interactions.

Requirements & compensation:

• CDL-A and at least 12 months verifiable driving experience.
• Starting pay 65 CPM with ~2,500 weekly miles average, plus safety, inspection and referral bonuses. Modern trucks under 3 years, APUs/inverters/sleepers, biweekly home time, and full benefits.
