Electrical Maintenance Technician - Sterling, MA

Job Description

Join our team as an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician, where you will play a pivotal role in assisting the maintenance manager with major projects and providing direction to junior maintenance technicians.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot PLC issues, including code modifications.
• Load and reload programs for PLCs.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical breakdowns.
• Design electrical circuits on existing equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections of production lines.
• Perform preventive maintenance jobs as needed.

Essential Skills

• A minimum of 3 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong electrical experience.
• Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with extrusion machines is a plus.

Work Environment

This position operates on a first shift from 6am to 4pm, Monday through Friday.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sterling, MA.

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
