Nonotuck Resource Associates is seeking a Clinician to join our Brockton team and contribute to Nonotuck’s mission of providing person-centered, community-based support. As a Clinician, you will be part of a dedicated team that ensures individuals with developmental disabilities, brain injuries, and chronic conditions receive the highest standard of care while living meaningful lives in their communities.

Nonotuck Resources Associates () is a community-based agency providing residential services to people with disabilities since 1972. We believe in the vision of life sharing and its transformative power of caring for a person in a home-setting, Nonotuck provides personalized supports to people by matching them with caring providers who open their hearts, their minds and their homes.

Just shy of 1,200 people receive Caregiving with Love in either Shared Living or Adult Family Care. Each person is surrounded by loving, dedicated, experienced and compassionate team members who provide values-based services driven by personal preference, community inclusion, and the goal of a diversity of freely given relationships.

Clinician (Full-time Exempt, Monday-Friday 40 hours/week)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver clinical assessments, counseling, consultation, behavior management plans, positive behavioral support plans, and psychotropic medication treatment plans and accompany person served to clinical visits as indicated.
  • Serve as a liaison to state agencies, local offices, and external service providers.
  • Conduct in-service and in-home training to strengthen caregiver and staff knowledge.
  • Provide ongoing assessments and evaluative observations to ensure high-quality support.
  • Document visits, contacts, and services in accordance with professional and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with families and organizations invested in the wellbeing of those served.
  • Uphold Nonotuck’s values and contribute to a supportive, respectful workplace culture.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, education, or related field.
  • Experience providing clinical care to individuals with developmental disabilities; shared living or home-based experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of DDS, Adult Foster Care, and HCBS waivers (helpful but not required).
  • Strong analytical, organizational and collaboration skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and excellent RMV record (required).
  • Background check required.
