Responsibilities

• Be the friendly voice reaching out to prospective customers.
• Create excitement, build rapport, and set quality appointments.
• Handle outbound calls with our proven methodology.
• Meeting or exceeding daily and monthly goals.
• Accurate data entry with call notes and customer information.
• Performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and openness to constructive feedback.
• Ability to work independently and stay self‑motivated.
• Confidence and an outgoing personality, especially over the phone.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast‑changing environment.
