REQUIREMENTS
-Graduated with a JD from an ABA-accredited law school
-Admitted to or eligible for admission to the Massachusetts Bar
-Prior experience as an Intellectual Property Litigation Associate.

Experience, which may be gained concurrently, must include the following:
• Trial experience before the International Trade Commission (ITC), US Federal District Court, and/or Patent Trial and Appeals Board;
• Experience independently conducting research, drafting substantive pleadings and motions, and organizing, conducting, and managing discovery practice;
• Experience preparing deposition outlines;
• Experience working directly with Domestic Industry and/or Public Interest experts;
• Experience drafting complex motions, oppositions, and discovery letters;
• Experience participating in Markman hearings for Federal District Court or ITC proceedings;
• Experience reading, analyzing, and preparing arguments related to subject matter expert reports;
• Experience developing patent infringement and non-infringement theories and arguments; and
• Experience working on IP-related aspects of transactional matters.
