Part-Time University Admin/Budget Support

Responsibilities:

  • Provide crucial administrative support to various university departments.
  • Assist with document preparation, data entry, and general office duties.
  • Monitoring and reconciling accounting statements from an established budget
  • Address inquiries from students, faculty, and visitors with a customer-centric approach.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations.
  • Contribute to creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere within the university community.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative work.
  • Past experience in calendar management and travel arrangements
  • Familiarity with office setting budget practices
  • Proven collaboration and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Must be comfortable and professional regarding the handling of confidential information

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Concur
  • Prior experience in a higher education setting
