Gold Beech Construction is a high-end residential builder specializing in architecturally driven custom homes, renovations, and additions throughout Greater Boston and MetroWest. We're known for our attention to detail, strong team culture, and commitment to doing things the right way.

We're currently seeking a Carpenter who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and enjoys working on well-executed residential projects from start to finish.

What You'll Do

• Perform rough and finish carpentry on custom homes, renovations, and additions.
• Read and interpret architectural plans, layouts, and blueprints.
• Measure, cut, shape, and install framing, trim, doors, windows, cabinetry, and millwork.
• Assist with layout, material prep, and on-site problem solving.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites.
• Collaborate with project managers, teammates, and subcontractors to meet schedules and quality standards.
• Follow all safety procedures and construction best practices.
  

What We're Looking For

• Proven carpentry experience (residential construction preferred).
• Strong knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, and techniques.
• Ability to read plans and execute detailed work accurately.
• High standards for craftsmanship, safety, and professionalism.
• Reliable transportation to job sites across Greater Boston and MetroWest.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to grow with the team.
