Human Resources Assistant

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: High School Responsibilities
- Payroll & Data: Administer payroll processing, including tracking and auditing; submit terminations and employee changes in a timely manner.
- Recruitment: Handle resume screening, interviewing, and background checks; coordinate with staffing agencies for temporary needs.
- Onboarding: Facilitate new hire orientation and ensure all paperwork (tax documents, I-9, E-verify) is complete.
- Benefits & Leaves: Serve as a liaison for benefit inquiries and assist with open enrollment; facilitate smooth leave management transitions.
- Compliance: Maintain personnel files and ensure all required employment law postings are up to date.
